In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including obvious pricing mistakes, incorrect handicap lines, or technical malfunctions resulting in eroneous odds — Besatu88 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return stakes to the player's account. Besatu88 will not be bound by any bet accepted as a result of a manifest error, regardless of whether the relevant market has subsequently settled.
In the event that a sporting fixture covered by an open bet is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules, Besatu88 will apply the settlement rules applicable to that specific sport or market type. All bets are placed and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per player account, and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Following a review, Besatu88 may permanently close an account where material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In such cases, any real-money balance held in the account (excluding Bonus Funds and any winings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent deposit method, subject to applicable verification and regulatory requirements.
